Are you a factory or a trading company? Why should we cooperate with Dr. Easy?

Dr. Easy is a group of companies with more than 18 years of experience serving customers and retailers worldwide. We have invested in several factories in China for different product categories, and we operate branch offices in Shenzhen and Hefei, with a new branch office in Shanghai. When you cooperate with Dr. Easy, you gain access to two branch offices in China. We are certified with ISO 9001, EU GMPC (ISO 22716) and GMPC, and we have passed BSCI and QIMA factory audits.

How long will it take to produce a private label order?

Approximately 30-45 days, depending on your order quantity and the product specification.

How can we receive samples as soon as possible?

Contact us for sample details and provide your express account number (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc.). We will prepare the samples and ship them to you promptly.

Does Dr. Easy supply private label products?

Yes. We are glad to develop our own brand or support your private label.

How do we order private label packaging?

You can order your private label packaging. Please inform us of your order quantity and requirements. A printing mould fee will apply. For example, the printing mould fee for plastic bag printing is USD 100.00 per colour.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and minimum order value for private label?

The MOQ is 5,000 to 1,000,000 units depending on the production specification, or the minimum order value is USD 5,000.

What is your payment term?

We offer three payment terms: 1. T/T: 30-50% deposit, balance by T/T within ten days after the B/L is sent. 2. L/C at sight: accepted for large orders only. 3. D/P at sight or time D/P: available for long-term and reliable customers. Note: Please always remit payment to the same account. If any account change occurs, please contact us to confirm.

How do you control quality?

Dr. Easy has a professional QC team managing quality according to ISO 9001, GMPC (ISO 22716) and GMPC standards. Our QC team inspects all incoming materials at the warehouse, monitors every production procedure, and performs a final sampling inspection before shipment to ensure everything is in perfect condition when you receive it.
